Procedure
The general procedure NASDA follows in respect to potential new clients for a network installation or upgrade, involves:
- Potential client enquiry via email to support AT nasda.com.au
- NASDA contact via telephone to discuss the client’s needs.
- NASDA Network Engineer visits client office to meet the client, assess existing network and determine appropriate solutions.
- NASDA will provide the potential client with a comprehensive project proposal outlining what will be
done, costing and time frame.
- Client accepts proposal.
- NASDA provides Client with Gaant chart which sets out the project management milestones and deadlines.
