Procedure

The general procedure NASDA follows in respect to potential new clients for a network installation or upgrade, involves:

  1. Potential client enquiry via email to support AT nasda.com.au
  2. NASDA contact via telephone to discuss the client’s needs.
  3. NASDA Network Engineer visits client office to meet the client, assess existing network and determine appropriate solutions.
  4. NASDA will provide the potential client with a comprehensive project proposal outlining what will be done, costing and time frame.
  5. Client accepts proposal.
  6. NASDA provides Client with Gaant chart which sets out the project management milestones and deadlines.
  7. NASDA commences work on the project.
