Project Management
NASDA staff have extensive experience in the project management of network rollouts. Superior project management allows us to control the scope of the project accurately. This includes timeframe's, deadlines and completion of project components etc.
We are focused on the effective management of all of all project components. A network installation involves significant coordination of the client, various suppliers and NASDA staff to successfully complete the project.
Network Rollouts / Network Upgrades
When a project plan has been successfully documented a Network Implementation Rollout Plan is drawn up. This document outlays a specific time schedule for every event that will take place during the rollout. It documents implementation procedures for each event and includes important information like rollback and secondary procedures, estimated down time, points of contact etc.
Network rollouts and upgrades are typically performed in the evening or over a weekend depending on the scale of the implementation events taking place. This enables us to accurately estimate rollout times and down time.
Through careful planning we are able to rollout changes with the option to rollback on an event should a problem arise.
Network Documentation
After the installation of a new network, upgrade of a network, or network audit, we provide our clients with comprehensive documentation which provides the complete details of the network infrastructure. This documents complete coverage of network infrastructure implemented.
In addition this document contains a network topology diagram which provides a simple reference of the network structure.
