Customised Solutions

NASDA PTY LTD designs implements and supports high quality local and wide area networks. We focus on optimal interoperability, availability, scalability, security and efficiency. This provides our clients with a reliable platform to focus on their core business.

We combine quality hardware and software to create a customised network solution for each client. For example we may set up VPN remote access for a business where staff work from home or a wireless network where laptops are moved around the office to conference rooms etc.

We are committed to customer service and always strive to exceed our clients’ expectations (See testimonials below).

When implementing a new network or upgrading an existing network we ensure maximum convenience for our clients and minimal disturbance to their operations by working around of our clients office hours i.e. weekends and evening.

We provide high quality networks which are excellent value for money with comparatively low maintenance and support costs.

Each network we design, implement and support is tailored to the client’s needs and budget. We are flexible in our arrangements and seek to create a solution to suit the client rather than forcing the client to pick from a set range. For example clients may select the support level they require from none, causal (as required), a service level agreement for a period of time, or any combination.

Clients may have an existing network with which they want to achieve new goals. We work closely with the client to effectively address these new goals. Clients may also be seeking a new network, with which we can design an implement a network that achieves the clients goals. NASDA Pty Ltd has a broad skill set enabling us to assist you with all areas of networking including: hardware selection, software selection, internet choices, cabling, workstations, security, remote access, back ups etc.

We also provide full network documentation for every network installation which allows the client to be in control of its network and provides a structure for future network support and planning.

Our client’s range between small to medium sized enterprises and as such we are skilled in dealing with all levels of technical skill. For example, some of our clients do not have any technical staff and rely totally on NASDA Pty Ltd to explain the choices and recommend the best IT solutions, whereas for other clients we act as consultants to their internal IT departments and handle escalation of complex issues. We specialise in bringing networking concepts to within our clients understanding.
